layered with
dark chocolate ganache and then coated with ganache, decorated with chocolate curls and glazed fresh fruits.
Red Velvet Cake

layered with a
smooth white chocolate cream cheese filling, finished with vanilla butter cream, shards of chocolate and meringue decorations.
